A delegation from the Zhytomyr region visited the Republic of Poland
Last week, during 5-8 April 2016, the delegation of Zhytomyr region was in the lower Silesia province of the Republic of Poland. The delegation included representatives of the district and Berdichev of Zhytomyr regional Institute of postgraduate pedagogical education. The delegation was headed by the head of the Department of education and science of the regional state administration Vadim Kalinin. The purpose of the trip was to discuss ways of cooperation of Zhytomyr region and lower Silesian Voivodeship. During the visit, a meeting with Tadeush Samborski – Vice-Marshal of lower Silesian voivodship, which discussed the role of local government in implementing the strategy of education of the province, forms and directions of cooperation of Lower Silesia and Zhytomyr region. In addition, the delegation visited the special educational centers for people with impaired hearing and vision in wroc?aw. The result of the trip – the signing of the cooperation Agreement between Nejnosti center of the professional development of teachers and Zhytomyr regional Institute of postgraduate pedagogical education. The agreement provides for cooperation between the institutions, exchange of teachers, joint learning activities.
