In Uzhgorod took place the English camp, “H. E. A. L. Today”

on Saturday 9 April 2016 the Peace Corps volunteers, U.S. Eyerusalem Haylie and Ryan knight, with the support of the Department of youth and sports of the Transcarpathian regional state administration held an English day camp “H. E. A. L. Today”. During the camp, high school students of Uzhgorod had the opportunity to learn a lot and gain practical skills of personal development. The programme allowed us to pay special attention to the art of communication, public speaking, and raising the General level of proficiency in the English language. High school students learned a lot about the education of a modern leader, had the opportunity to develop the skills for further learning, career building, cooperation in modern society. The youth had a wonderful opportunity to plunge into the atmosphere of interesting information, interactive activities, contests, games, discussions, to gain experience of working in a team, and at the end all the students received Certificates of participation in the corresponding project. Given the fact that 2016 is the year of the English language in Ukraine, improve it with native speakers will improve the access of local residents to global opportunities and ensure the integration of Ukraine into European space. .
