From 11 to 13 April Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko is on an official visit in Latvia. The delegation included the Chairman of regional state administration Valeriy Kulich, Secretary of Nizhyn city Council Valery salogub, MPs and doctors. The program provides a number of official meetings and study visits with the aim of studying the experience of decentralization and reform, as well as the expansion of economic ties and partnerships.
