event organized by the Hungarian party as part of the initiative "Visiting session of the Visegrad countries to Ukraine," takes place in Vinnytsia for the first time and is intended to familiarize the representatives of the business environment in the region with experience of development of small and medium-sized businesses in Hungary, Poland, Slovak and Czech Republics. Opening the conference, Secretary of State for political security and international cooperation, Ministry of foreign Affairs and trade of Hungary Istvan Mikola stressed that the Visegrad countries are willing to provide all support in implementing the European aspirations of Ukraine and share its experience in the promotion of small and medium business. "This is not just an academic event, it needs to provide practical assistance", - said Istvan Mikola. Then briefly outlined the main trends in the development of this sector in Hungary. On the situation in the business environment of Ukraine informed the participants of the meeting Deputy Minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine Yulia Klimenko. According to her, Ukraine has 1.7 million registered businesses and private entrepreneurs, small-and medium-sized businesses. "Due to the devaluation in fact 99 % of the Ukrainian business falls under the definition of small and medium. They provided 75 % of employment and 60 % of production", – said the Deputy Minister. Analyzing possible ways of support of small and medium business, Yulia Klimenko identified several basic positions, among which: the establishment of 15 regional centers of development of small and medium business, cleaning the regulatory field and improving the business environment, access to Finance and internationalisation. Willingness to share own experiences and to provide comprehensive support to Ukraine in the issues of stimulation of business expressed also the youngest Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Jaroslav Ludva, State Secretary, Ministry of foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic Lukas Parsec and Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland in Ukraine Henryk Litwin. They all stressed the need for holding in Ukraine of comprehensive reforms that would ensure the recovery of the economy and as a result – improved standards in the quality of life of the population. With words of gratitude for organizing such a conference in Vinnitsa addressed the participants of the meeting the Chairman of regional state administration Valery Cow. He noted that compared to other regions of Ukraine Vinnytsia region, despite all the problems, enough positive growth in the sectors of industrial, agricultural business, in the service sector. Contribute to this development, according to Valery Koroviya, factors both objective and subjective. "It so happened that the economy of the region is very closely linked to the General trends on world food markets, because 65 % of value added in Vinnytsia region is produced in the agricultural sector and related industries. According to our estimates, this trend will continue in the next 3-5 years, and we have to do in order to diversify the region's economy and increase competitiveness", - said the Chairman of regional state administration. But also stressed that it is important to show representatives of small and medium-size business new opportunities open to them within the Association of Ukraine with the EU. On the steps the city Vinnytsia already made on the path of sustainable economic development, briefed those present Vinnytsia city Chairman Sergey Morgunov. The President of the regional Council Anatoliy Oliynyk noted that the deputies of the new convocation adopted a number of programmes aimed at stimulating work on support of small and medium businesses. In addition, according to him, the regional Council is currently an ongoing debate about the necessity of creation of the Agency for regional development is clear among the European community instrument for business support. Conference "Visegrad for Ukraine: the Development of small and average business" will last throughout the day. The work will be done in three panels: - the role of the state in the development of small and medium business, experience in management and financing; - conditions for the successful work of small and medium business, a market-conformist support and starts; - what can make a Ukrainian small and medium business for development? The issue of market access and the tools for business collaboration. For each of these areas with vinnitskii entrepreneurs will work the specialists of the Visegrad countries. For reference. Conducting outreach meetings in the format of the Visegrad four and Ukraine was agreed in November 2014 in Lviv at the level of Deputy foreign Ministers of the Visegrad countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. The first conference on decentralization was organized by Poland in the city of Chernihiv. The second higher education - the Czech Republic, in Chernivtsi. The third conference, devoted to energy efficiency, held in Lviv and was hosted by Slovakia. The winery hosts the event, organized by Hungary, on the development of small and medium business.
