Volyn oblast: the rescuers took the children on educational and fun Day of civil protection
April 11, in Basic training and rehabilitation center employees of the State fire and rescue unit number 3 of Management of gschs in the Volynsk area conducted for the pupils of the school interesting and informative lesson in the framework of the Day of civil protection. Together with teachers rescuers organized for pupils of the demonstration of fire and rescue equipment and engineering equipment. The children had the opportunity to wear combat gear of rescuers and tried to extinguish the imaginary fire water fire barrels. During the open lesson, the civil defense specialists focused the children's attention to need of observance of rules of fire safety at home and during recreation. Separately roses’explained rules of conduct in case of detection of unknown items like obsolete ammunition, and also explained the danger of modern explosive devices, and warned against toying with them. Also, children are told that to act correctly in a fire, hazardous situations, in the event of a threat of a terrorist act and the like. Employees of gschs reminded the students that in case of an emergency, we should first leave the dangerous place and immediately call the number "101". To the best of knowledge the rescuers handed the children pamphlets with the rules of safety, the children were able to repeat useful and important rules at home with their parents.
