In Lutsk the participants of the "round table" agreed on cooperation in solving problems of families who find themselves in difficult circumstances
In the conference hall of the Center of providing administrative services in the city of Lutsk held a "round table" on theme: "Organization of an effective partnership between government, public and charitable organizations for problem-solving families who find themselves in difficult life circumstances". The event aims at establishing an effective cooperation of city center of social services for family, children and youth with charitable, religious and public organizations who work in the city of Lutsk. In the seminar took part the Deputy of the mayor Sergey Grigorenko. He in his speech stressed the importance of cooperation between state and public organizations for complex problem-solving families who find themselves in difficult circumstances. He also reported the results of a nationwide municipal poll, which was conducted by the sociological group "Rating" in the framework of the International Republican Institute of municipal management at the expense of funding the government of Canada. A survey was conducted in 24 cities of Ukraine, in Lutsk taken 800 interviews. All citizens answered the same questions. Our city is the fourth city in satisfaction. A growing number of those who consider that things in Kiev are going in the right direction. Sergei Grigorenko said that at the initiative of mayor Nicholas Romaniuk, the city is implementing many social programmes. 2017 city power plans on the street Bendelin to open an integration center for children and youth, will host a public organization, working with children with special needs. Also allocated a room on the Avenue of Unity for public works temporarily displaced persons. Children of the lost participants of anti-terrorist operation will be treated in Lithuania. The city successfully implemented a competition of social initiatives and the like. Director of the Lutsk city center of social services for family, children and youth Lina Galan held the presentation of the PSA “Every child needs a family” and informed that in the data Bank of families who find themselves in difficult circumstances, is 224 families (471 children), 137 families, in which there are 163 orphans and children deprived of parental care, families 896, 904 in which care for a disabled child, and 806 families of participants ATO (681) 82 displaced families (131 children). The head of Department of international cooperation and project activities of the city Council Vera Kudryavtseva told about the design grant component of the interaction between government and society. She noted that last year we implemented five projects that had a social component, in the amount of 28 million UAH. More informed about the reconstruction of Lutsk zoo, open wards for burn patients and the purchase of an ambulance improvement of material and technical base of AHPC, artproekta “Art territory”, the program of support of social initiatives. She was also acquainted with the social projects, which can be implemented with the direct participation of the private sector. On state social support was reported by the Deputy Director of the Department of social policy Tatyana Koretskaya. Then the participants of the “round table” expressed their proposals for cooperation. Was a model for the provision of social and psychological services for families in difficult circumstances. Proposed new forms of cooperation and creating an effective service psychosocial support for families requiring special social care. The participants of the “round table” have developed a Memorandum of cooperation and harmonization of social partnership in solving problems of families who find themselves in difficult circumstances.
