Zhytomyr region: the state,the city and the region offer the public and the CMF?
One of the priorities of the state is to implement energy efficiency measures, encouraging people to reduce consumption of energy resources. From the state budget: 30% of the population on Neganov boilers: 40 percent of the population and condominiums/cooperatives for energy efficient materials, activities; 70% for grantees. In turn, the regional budget provides compensation to individuals – 10 % of the loan amount, but not more than 1000 USD on a single loan contract; natural persons-participants of the antiterrorist operation in Eastern Ukraine – 10 % of the loan amount, but not more than 2000 UAH according to one credit agreement; osmd, ZHSK – 15 % of the loan amount, but not more than 10 thousand UAH according to one credit agreement". Most of the population takes loans for the replacement of Windows and doors. According to the Deputy head of the Zhytomyr branch of PJSC "State savings Bank of Ukraine" Mykola Shulga, in April of this year Sberbank has already released more than 50 "warm" loans. A lot of attention in 2015-2016 given to the creation and operation of condominiums. Only this year in Zhytomyr already created more than 20 condominiums. Condominiums, which need advice on the modernization of the buildings, the conduct of energy efficiency measures, may apply to the regional coordinator of IFC Project "energy Efficiency in housing sector of Ukraine" by Mikhail Pavlichenko – tel 067-735-72-36. Representatives of the condominium come in, inspect the house, determine the main problems, critical points, through which it loses its energy, determine the list of necessary measures and their approximate cost.
