In the Zhytomyr region government amended the implementation of social benefits to internally displaced persons
To prevent the use of fraudulent schemes and illegal actions during the payment of pensions and social benefits, prevention of terrorism financing amends certain acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. In particular, the amendments provided for the payments of pensions and social benefits to internally displaced persons solely through the accounts and the network of institutions and devices of public joint stock company "State savings Bank of Ukraine". Namely, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 14.03.2016 No. 167 amended the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 05.11.2014 ¹ 637 "About the implementation of social benefits to internally displaced persons" and established that: * designed starting from 1 may 2016 to internally displaced persons of pension (a lifelong monthly monetary maintenance), all types of social assistance and compensations, life scholarship, are at the expense of state and local budgets, Pension Fund of Ukraine, funds of mandatory state social insurance, are paid through the accounts and the network of institutions and devices of public joint stock company "State savings Bank of Ukraine"; * beginning July 1, 2016, the payment of pension (a lifelong monthly monetary allowance), all kinds of social assistance and compensations, lifelong scholarship from the state and local budgets, Pension Fund of Ukraine, funds of mandatory state social insurance, which are designed to internally displaced persons is carried out through the network of institutions and devices of public joint stock company "State savings Bank of Ukraine".
