In Khmelnytsky oblast rescuers for clean environment
As they say: “Purely not where clean and where don't litter"! The majority of Ukrainians understand this and try to follow the rules of cultural behavior, inherent in the person conscious and brought up. But seasonal and weather changes lead to clogging of streets and adjacent areas. We should not forget about is not entirely conscious citizens who defy the culture of behavior. All these factors lead to the necessity of the so-called “cleaning” or “day environment”. By the way, the holding environment Day 16 April in Ukraine was defined in 1998 by presidential decree in support of public organisations involved in natural environment protection and nuclear safety of Ukraine. The main purpose of the meeting is to improve the state of nature in the state. This date was timed to the anniversary of the Stockholm conference, which launched the environmental programme UN UNEP (United Nations Environment Network). The main message of this conference was: "Either we will end up with pollution, or it will kill us". Now this program is the main ideologue of the holding environment Day all over the world. Fully supporting the global initiative of workers of the Educational-methodical center of civil protection and life safety of Khmelnitsky region came out to clean the surrounding area. Last year's collected leaves, swept pavement, curbs pablio. Not much time was spent, and the result is visible immediately. Center staff encourage all Area residents to support useful initiatives and to help the utilities to bring order to the streets of towns and villages in our area. In addition, they recall the ban on waste incineration. In fact, besides the danger of flame propagation’I and the occurrence of fires in the atmosphere generates a large amount of toxic substances.
