Chernihiv oblast: on the basis of the Special aviation unit continues training of the management personnel of gschs of Ukraine in extinguishing fires in natural ecosystems
from 11 to 20 April on the basis of Special aviation detachment of Operational-rescue service of civil protection of the state emergency service of Ukraine (Nizhyn) conducted practical training of the managerial staff of SE (Y) gschs of Ukraine in the oblasts and Kyiv to fires in natural ecosystems with the involvement of air assets. Meetings are held on the territory of the airport «Nikolaev". Their main goal - development of algorithm of actions of divisions of the State forest resources Agency, the state emergency service of Ukraine, regional and district units of the territorial subsystem of civil defense in extinguishing large-scale forest fires with the involvement of ground forces and means of Management of gschs of Ukraine in Chernihiv oblast Special aviation tools and aviation detachment. To undertake the practical duties involved air assets, in particular aircraft flight and ground staff of the aviation gschs of Ukraine, and also two aircraft An-32Ï, one helicopter Mi-8MT with overflow system VPP-5 for practical extinguishing a simulated forest fire and one helicopter EC-145 Eurocopter as air control to ensure management tasks and coordination of air and ground forces during liquidation of emergency situations, floor’connected with suppression of forest fires.
