Mykola Romaniuk said that the situation is complicated, because 70 % of Ukraine were left without hot water, boiler sealed. “The results of the meeting are given appropriate instructions and Protocol this Tuesday expect certain solutions. Unfortunately, today the NJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” does not want to listen to the recommendations of the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine”, - he added. “The situation is complicated by the pressure of the NJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” on heat-generating enterprises on the signing of additional agreements. These agreements provide for the calculation of the SCE “Lockable” for the consumed gas, despite the fact that the state pays subsidies or not. As about 60 % of residents receive subsidies, and that money is inanimate. “Volyngas” demands one hundred percent payment means and doesn't want to credit subsidies. The complexity of the supplementary agreement is that if time does not pay, we will pay the huge fines and penalties, and this is roughly 19 million. Therefore, we have not signed”, - said Mykola Romaniuk. The mayor urged residents to pay off debt. According to him, now the debt of the population before “Lockable” is 56 million. He stressed that the debtors will take tough measures to restrict the supply and disposal. Already held the first auction for the sale of housing for existing debts for utilities. This work will continue in the future. According to him, all citizens should not suffer from-for debts of individuals.
