In Zhytomyr held a workshop of workers of the legal services
In the Main territorial Department of justice in Zhytomyr region held a seminar of workers of legal services (lawyers) of Executive authorities, state enterprises, institutions and organizations of the region. The workshop is devoted to the main provisions of the law of Ukraine "On civil service", which will enter into force on 1 may 2016, and discussion of development of system of providing free legal aid. Chief specialist of Interregional Department of Nacholibre in Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr and Khmelnytsky regions of Ciroc Valentine informed the participants of the seminar about innovations in the public service, in particular on changes in terms of categories of posts and ranks of civil servants, requirements for the conduct of competition for filling vacant positions and annual appraisal for civil servants, the experience calculation, determining the form of material rewards and punishments and the like. Natalia Radochinskaya, Deputy Director of the Regional centre for providing free secondary care in Zhytomyr region, a lawyer, spoke about the basic principles and procedure for granting free legal assistance in local centres. She reported that in Zhytomyr region has already established four centers to provide free secondary legal aid in the towns: Zhytomyr, Berdychiv, Korosten, Novohrad-Volynsky. Natalia Radochinskaya also noted that subjects of the right to free secondary legal aid in civil and administrative cases are persons as defined in article 14 of the law of Ukraine "On free legal aid".
