7th session of the Chernihiv city Council of the 7th convocation will be held April 28
in Accordance with paragraph 8 of part four of article 42 of the law of Ukraine "About local government in Ukraine", Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko issued a decree "On the convening of the seventh session of the Chernihiv city Council of the seventh convocation". The plenary session will begin on April 28, 2016 at 10 a.m. in the conference room of the city Council (the city Cherng, vul. Magistrate, 7). To the session are questions: 1. On the Program of promotion to create ajoah and support of houses of osmd and ZHSK in the years 2016-2018. 2. About the Program the creation and use of material reserves for prevention and elimination of consequences of emergencies in Chernigiv for 2016-2020. 3. On the Programme for the protection of life of people on water objects in Chernigov for 2016-2020. 4. About how to change the maximum number of employees and approval of the Regulations on the administration of housing and utilities of Chernihiv city Council as amended. 5. About the Program the defence capability of the military forces of territorial defense and mobilization training in the city of Chernigov in 2016-2017. 6. On amendments to the Program of stabilization and development of urban electric transport in the city of Chernigov for the period up to 2017. 7. On changes in the Program of information support of the population. On introducing changes in the list of objects of municipal property of a territorial community of Chernigov, which will be privatised in 2016. 13. On granting consent to the division of property in common ownership. 14. On amendments to the Procedure of the competition for the right to conclude the lease contract of municipal property. 15. On amendments to the Procedure for writing off unrecoverable rent arrears and of the penalty (penalties) accrued under leases of property belonging to municipal property of the territorial community of Chernigov. 16.About how to change the maximum number of employees of Chernihiv city center of social services for family, children and youth. 17. On introducing amendments and addenda to the decision of the city Council dated December 28, 2015 No. 2/VII – 6 “On the city budget for 2016” with amendments and additions (No. 3/VII – 12, No. 4/VII – 14, No. 6/VII – 24). 18. On amendments to the Plan of activities of the Chernihiv city Council on the drafting of regulations for 2016. 19. On the granting of permission for the development of the project Detailed plan of the group residential areas, “Leskovice” (the second stage). 20. On the granting of permission for the development of project planning documentation “changes and amendments to the Detailed plan of the Central part of the city.” 21. About the direction of the training at the National Academy of public administration under the President of Ukraine Honch A. P. 22. On the sale of land plots of communal property on a competitive basis (land auctions) in the city of Chernihiv. 23. On the granting of permission for the development of projects of land management concerning allocation of land plots, technical documentation on land management regarding the establishment (restoration) of land boundaries in nature (on district) citizens for construction and maintenance of residential house, household buildings and constructions (HOMESTEAD land), gardening, the construction of individual garages and gardening. 24. On the granting of permission to develop the land management project concerning allocation of the land plot to the citizen, the family member of the deceased participant ATO, to do gardening. 25. On approval of land management projects on land allocation, technical documents on land management on the transfer of land into ownership and lease to citizens, renewal of leases to citizens for construction and maintenance of residential house, household buildings and constructions (HOMESTEAD land), gardening, maintenance, garages, gardening and providing consent to receive ownership of land in favor of the territorial community of the city of Chernihiv. 26. On the renewal of lease agreements of land plots to legal entities and individuals. 27. On the granting of permission for the development of projects of land management concerning allocation of land plots, technical documentation on land management for legal entities and individuals. 29.
