In the regional state administration held an expanded meeting with participation of head of oblast state administration Valeriy Koroviya about how to get started in the field of the Commission on the implementation of control over compliance with requirements of laws and other normative-legal acts on the issues of civil protection, industrial and fire safety and the activities of the emergency services in the Vinnitsa region. The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of regional state administration, Directors of departments, chairmen of district state administrations and heads of structural divisions of gschs . From the Central bodies of the State service for emergency situations the meeting was attended by: Deputy Chairman of gschs of Ukraine Oleg Averyanov, and Deputy Director of the Department of state supervision (control) in the sphere of fire and technogenic safety and civil protection Oleg Kostenko. In his opening remarks to the participants of the meeting Valery Cow said: "the last Two years were very difficult for the state as a whole and for each of us. The effectiveness of our joint work in the direction of civil protection, an integrated system of communication of all services depends on the life and security of citizens." In turn, Oleg Averyanov informed those present about the aims and objectives of the Commission, which C18 until April 28, will carry out a comprehensive review of measures of the state policy in the sphere of civil protection, fire and technogenic safety. The Committee will also check the condition of rescue of the case of GU gschs in Vinnytsia region. The main purpose of the inspection he called methodological assistance to heads of structural divisions of gschs in strengthening civil protection in the field. The check will be subject to GU gschs in Vinnytsia oblast, structural subdivisions of oblast and district state administrations on issues of civil protection and regional management of gschs, in particular – Litinsky.
