Recently the Director of the Department of international cooperation and regional development of the regional state administration visited the promising enterprises of Vinnytsia region. The first was the Vinnitsa factory of packaging products "WINTER" 1972 Foundation, which has quite a strong base in the three territories of Vinnytsia region, namely, one in Vinnytsia and one in Tulchyn. The company is engaged in production of metal lids, canned fish, halva and kozaku. General Director of "WINTER" Fomin Yu. G. acquainted the official with the plant, its equipment facilities and raw material base, noting the advantages of the latest equipment that is launched into operation in 2012, the company employs 250 skilled workers with an average salary of more than RS 4000. "One of the biggest advantages of the product is the quality and affordability for the consumer. "Winter" is one of the few companies that dignity and honor can say that really does not use GMO's and additional emulsifiers, additives and synthetic substances in their products," - said Fomin Yu.G. Moreover, the entrepreneur told the Director about the complexity of enterprise functioning, in particular, the instability of the exchange rate, since a significant portion of inputs are imported, the problems with procurement of equipment for the compressed time of its delivery, which is written in the law of Ukraine "About making payments in foreign currency", as well as a large markup on products from retailers. But despite all the difficulties, the company has ambitious plans, in particular, to enter the markets of the EU (currently LTD. "Winter" is in the final stages of obtaining the necessary certificates of quality) and to shift to production processes with river fish. The second company, which visited Merezhko V. M., LLC was "Vdmosfets" is quite a powerful manufacturer of agricultural machinery, spare parts and accessories for import and domestic agricultural machinery. "Vdmosfets" is a manufacturer of high-quality agricultural machinery, which has no analogues among domestic producers. For the manufacture of nodes in our production is used the metal from leading foreign and domestic manufacturers of steel products. We offer a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment for a full range of agricultural works", - said Director of "Vdmosfets" Y. M. Andriyash. The entrepreneur showed his shop, warehouse, talked about their products including technical specifications. Though the company is young, and in 2011 the Foundation, however, managed to reach significant results. The owner also shared their plans for the future, namely, spoke about the development of new units in advanced technologies and have noticed that they will surprise both domestic and foreign consumers. Also, in the framework of his working visit the Director of the Department visited another enterprise "Infusion", which is planned to open in Vinnytchyna. The company in 2010 acquired the integral property complex of the former Vinnytsya dairy plant. At the moment pharmaceutical plant is in its final phase of preparation for the production of high-quality parenteral pharmaceuticals (infusion solutions) social orientation. Material and technical equipment, the latest equipment, the levels of sanitary protection, the quality control systems, working conditions - already, not yet fully functioning enterprise can easily compete with their foreign counterparts. At the moment there are already clinical, analytical and microbiological laboratories, warehouses, accounting Department, production is planned to start in the near future. According to the draft, the new complex will accommodate 250 new jobs with further expansion of production capacity and human resources. One of the problems of the enterprise is a shortage of specialised professionals. However, the owner did not despair, saying that is willing to train new employees and to invest in human capital. In addition, employees of "Infusion" was shared with the officials their nearest plans, in particular, the release of new products with the packaging of the three species and diversification of production.
