The event was attended by Deputy Director of the Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration – head of Department of social support and state guarantees Kvyat N. In., chief specialist of sector of Public service of Ukraine on matters of war veterans and participants of anti-terrorist operation Sabella M. G., coordinator of volunteer group of psychological assistance to the families of soldiers "Keep the soul" Evseeva L. I. Joined the discussion the participants of the ATO - Zabolotnov Oleg and Andrey Khutoryanskiy. During an emotional and hard speeches, they noted the need for greater awareness of the soldiers that returned from the East on the work of all services, agencies and institutions, ensuring the implementation of the commitments made by the government against participants of anti-terrorist operation. The guys shared their own vision of what form should be a study of the needs and how much time must elapse from the day of demobilization to the formation of the "social passport". Experience in learning needs and assist the members of the antiterrorist operation was shared with the participants of the seminar employees of Buchach, Kryzhopil district, Vinnytsia city CSSTM. Director of the regional center of social services for family, children and youth Stalowa Vladimir stressed the need to examine the needs of all ATO participants, their consideration at the monthly meetings of the deliberative bodies of the district state administrations and Executive committees of city councils, which coordinate the provision of assistance and monitoring implementation. For reference: in the first quarter of the employees of centers of social services for family, children and youth was attended by almost 2500 families, which studied the needs of the place of residence and constituted a "social passport".
