Deputy Director of Vinnitsa regional CSSD Slobodyanik A. G. analyzed the results of training of adoptive parents and foster parents to improve their educational potential, which in March-April was held the regional CSSD for 143 foster parents in our area. According to the results of the survey of parents and work in groups to define those issues for which it is necessary to involve specialists of the education system, health care, psychologists, lawyers. All foster families recommended: • plan with the children the daily routine and common activities and relaxation; • to ensure the development of children through activities in groups and workshops; • provide guidance on the average school age for the purpose of early preparation for admission to a certain educational establishment; • involve children in planning the family budget management; develop the skills of rational use of pocket money; • timely plan and carry out activities for the protection of property and housing rights of children; • participate in quarterly working group meetings conducted by the district and city CSSTM. Regional CSSD developed approximate topics of the quarterly group meetings of adoptive parents and foster parents in 2016 at which parents could communicate with each other and with government officials at the district level. Experience in the first quarter of such meetings for the drafting and adjustment of schedule, budgeting the household, shared with the participants the Director of Mogilev-Podolsky and Shargorodsky district CSSD. Representatives Nemirovskii and Lebedev RSSTM talked about rave reviews about guardian information meetings with the heads of the areas during which opmanual had the opportunity to exchange experience of education of children-orphans and children deprived of parental care, to obtain useful information from the invited representatives of bodies of social protection, employment services and other services relating to work with children. During the seminar discussed the results and recommendations of the service on children Affairs of regional state administration and the regional center of social services for family, children and youth about consideration at meetings of the commissions on protection of child rights status of the content and foster children, children pupils.
