In Vinnytsia region condemned the guys who robbed and killed a veteran of world war II
a Sentence Tulchin district court of Vinnytsia region 17-year-old and 18-year-old residents of a village of Tomashpil district found guilty of assault on a fellow villager – a veteran of the great Patriotic war, during which the minor attacker struck the victim with a knife wound in area of heart, which led to his death. During a pretrial investigation it is established that young people who benefit from the desire for easy money, last summer made a number of serious acquisitive crimes (theft from houses). Concealment of traces of criminal offences delayed their exposure and created in the mind of thieves the illusion of impunity. Consequently, brazen criminals in broad daylight, upon a preliminary collusion, committed a robbery actually on your neighbor – the person of advanced age who could not effect his physical condition to provide proper resistance, and as previously noted, died at the scene from the inflicted stab wounds. No hating, the criminals in the first place has assigned the awards to the veteran, and then – almost 14 kg of copper cables, and just took possession of the property, totaling nearly 1 thousand 700 UAH. The panel of judges agreed with the position of the state accuser, public Prosecutor of the Department of juvenile justice area Prosecutor's office, which was also implemented and procedural guidance in these criminal proceedings, and examining the evidence, the court found young people guilty of a criminal offense under part 4 of article 187 UK of Ukraine (robbery - attack aimed at taking someone else's property combined with violence dangerous for life or health’I am the person who suffered the attack, a qualifying feature of which is the robbery, coupled with infliction of grievous bodily harm), and juvenile offenders and for part 2, clause 6 of article 115 UK of Ukraine (murder, i.e. deliberate illegal causing death to another person, a qualifying feature of which is a murder committed from mercenary motives). From now on, offenders will serve the punishment imposed – 8 and 11 years imprisonment respectively.
