19 April, under the chairmanship of the first Deputy Chairman of the Vinnytsia state administration Andriy Gyzhko, there was a meeting of heads of Kalinovskiy district administration and district Council, Kalinska GTG with the delegation of the Advisory Committee on international cooperation and Swiss cooperation office. During the visit, representatives of local government and a Swiss delegation discussed issues concerning the process of creating United local communities. "For example, GTG m. Kalynivka, you can see how in Vinnytchyna is in the process of decentralization. Due to this, the local budget has increased three times", - said Andrei Geico. According to first Deputy head of Vinnytsia regional state administration, Kalinowski district is actively involved in various projects and grants, both domestic and international, as well as in the competition of investment projects of a social orientation, which can be implemented at the expense of budgets of all levels. "In 2015, the territorial community of the area have filed about 30 projects at regional competitions, 11 of them won. The total volume of co-financing from the regional budget – 531 thousand UAH.",-said Andrew Gyzhko. Also, during the working visit, the delegation of the Advisory Committee on international cooperation and the Swiss cooperation office has reviewed the work of Kalinowski Central district hospital, in particular, visited the maternity ward where with the support of the Swiss side the project "Health of mother and child".
