Zhytomyr: join operation in summer language camps!
According to the plan of measures on carrying out year of English in the area of the planned 450 summer language camps. The aim of the national project of creating summer language camps, initiated by the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine is to increase students ' interest in learning English and improve proficiency. In the camps children will have the opportunity to communicate in foreign languages and to apply them in various forms of activities (play and concert programmes, theatrical performances and the like). The Department of education and science of the regional state administration in April held a practical seminar for specialists of departments of education on the organization of summer language camps. The work camp will connect all districts, cities and territorial communities of the United area. It is important to attract as many volunteers speak English and able to teach in schools. Volunteers can become as citizens of Ukraine and foreigners. It could be native speakers who will be in Ukraine in June, school teachers, teachers of higher educational institutions, recent University graduates, students, people of different ages and professions who speak English. We invite you to join this social initiative.
