In Chernigov entities, ensuring the functioning of the city markets, have until April 22 to review the situation regarding the number of foci of spontaneous trade on site. The corresponding decree was signed by Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko. We analyzed the results regarding the number of free trading places in the markets (the counters (desks), containers, kiosks, tents), as well as regarding the readiness of the construction of additional retail locations for the sale of products from household plots, private farms are taken by the economic development authority of the city of the city Council. The document States that a systematic preventive raids in places of street trade and in the spontaneous markets will be to carry out representatives of the city police Department SEPL in the Chernihiv region, the management of patrol police Department of the Chernihiv district, Chernihiv tips, KN "Land for monitoring the improvement of the city" and Environmental Inspectorate municipal enterprise "ATP - 2528" of the city Council. These activities will be conducted to ensure compliance with the requirements of the retail trade network, the exercise of the trading activity and rules of trade servicing of the population in the market of consumer goods with sanitary norms and rules, the suppression of trade in unspecified places, consumer protection and the prevention of administrative offences in the sphere of trade. According to the Department of economic development city of city Council representatives 4 and 11 April have already carried out preventive raids in places of street trade and in the spontaneous markets on the corner of Victory Avenue and the streets Zhabinsky. According to the results of raids, together with DP "Marketer", CJSC "Chernigiv repair and installation works" on the market "station" (Pobeda, 9) scheme of the placement of tables, where the representatives of the vulnerable segments of the population will be able to sell dairy products without violating sanitary-hygienic norms. Additionally, it offers places for trade in agricultural products and seedlings.
