Vinnicchina: improving the environmental sustainability of the region's territories at the expense of the regional Fund for environmental protection
according to the Department of international cooperation and regional development of the regional state administration in the first quarter of the current year took place the meeting of the regional competitive Commission on consideration of environmental measures whose implementation is supposed at the expense of the regional Fund for environmental protection (hereinafter – the Fund), Despite the amendments to the budget law regarding the crediting of funds to the Fund in 2016, given the receipt of taxes determined priority, a phased review of proposals with the co-financing from local budgets. According to the regional state administration order of 13 April 2016 in the list of priority environmental activities that will be funded this year included: - continuation of work on the repackaging of pesticides; the management of solid waste; - completion of work on facilities started in previous years; - objects associated with the technological situation in the regions (WWTP and Sewerage network); - preservation of wild animals (bison) and protected areas; - activities for afforestation. Environmental protection measures meet the requirements of the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 17.09.1996, ¹ 1147 "On approval of list of activities relating to environmental protection activities," received a positive conclusion of the ecological Department of environment and natural resources regional state administration. Since April of the current year it is planned to begin financing priority actions.
