In Vinnytsia oblast tax credit for working students
of the State fiscal service of Ukraine in its letter of 13.04.2016 G. N 3741/S/99-99-17-02-03-14 "On consideration of the petition" provided clarification regarding the application of tax credits. In particular, the right to a tax credit arises under condition of expenses in the reporting year and receive in this reporting year salary, which was kept and transferred into the budget the tax with incomes of physical persons. this amount of expenditure should be supported by appropriate documentation. If implemented the right to a tax credit in terms of tuition and the student works and receives a salary, the right to a tax credit by results of accounting tax year has the student provided documentary evidence personally incurred training costs.
