In the sphere of land relations stated claims in the amount of 79 million USD, on issues of state and municipal property in excess of 20 million UAH., in the public sector – UAH 1.4 million. In General, the claims of bodies of Prosecutor's office of area courts has approved 57 claims for 52 million USD. In the current year bodies of Prosecutor's office should participate in 148 court proceedings, where the courts agreed the decision on the merits. The sum of decisions taken for the benefit of the parties, in whose interest the Prosecutor entered into the case is almost 1.8 mn. So, the economic court of Transcarpathian region with participation of the regional Prosecutor's office declared invalid illegal contract is between Uzhgorod city Council and public organization on the use of funds for implementation of the project «Yaroslav-Uzhgorod: a joint initiative to improve tourist appeal of historic sister cities" in the framework of cross-border cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2007-2013. It was about the reconstruction of pam’tents of architecture of local importance "a Barn and a wine cellar of the XVIII century– also known as "Owl's nest". On unjust judicial decisions by prosecutors region made 19 of appeals. 10 of them courts have already considered and satisfied. This year has been 4 times to increase the real execution of court decisions on the claims of prosecutors in comparison with the similar period 2015 (20 million UAH. in 2016, down from 5.3 mln. in 2015).
