In the Transcarpathian region in p'Friday at the Museum of architecture and way of life will be opened "World Easter eggs"
April 22, will take place opening of the exhibition-contest "World of eggs", which is already the second time organized by the regional Museum of folk architecture and rural life together with the Transcarpathian art Institute. Their work will represent 25 Easter eggs – like fans that support long-standing family customs and recognized artists who managed to develop her own style in this art. Among the participants of craftsmen from Uzhgorod and the surrounding area, Perechinsky, Mukachevo, Tyachiv district, as well as from other regions of Ukraine – Kiev and Ivano-Frankivsk region. The display includes over 300 Easter eggs, performed both traditional and modern techniques. This, in particular, malewank, skrabski, eggs, decorated with cutting, vitravene, burning, wax and wooden Easter eggs, reeled. All this will complement a variety of themed exhibits from the Museum's collection. The opening ceremony will begin at 15.00 with the announcement and awarding of winners in three nominations: "the Traditional Easter egg", "Copyright Easter egg", "innovation".
