Approved preparations for the management of municipal property of Chernivtsi to work in conditions of autumn-winter period

Chernovtsy to work in conditions of autumn-winter period of 2016-2017 was approved at a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Chernivtsi city Council. Financing of activities will be carried out by the Executive bodies of the city Council as the execution of works within the allocations envisaged for financing of municipal economy and equity of business entities. HBC, GBC, TKZ condominiums, OTCBB and enterprises of other forms of ownership are recommended to develop their own activities in preparation for work in autumn-winter period of 2016-2017 years. Utilities "Chernivtsiteplokomunenerho" and "Chernivtsivodokanal" was instructed to intensify the work on repayment of debts for the rendered housing and communal services. In the period up to November 1, 2016 the management of SCE Chernivtsiteplokomunenerho" needs to take urgent action on the implementation of calculations for the consumed during the heating period 2015-2016 energy according to operating tariffs for heat energy, as well as to conclude agreements for the supply of gas before the heating period of 2016-2017 years.
