In Vinnytsia region there is begun investigation on the fact of air pollution
the Production of diesel fuel from tires - this know-how has introduced the inventors at its underground facility in one of villages of the Vinnytsia district. About the specified militiamen knew from the village head, who reported that in the village are processed tires through incineration—this connection is allocated the smoke with a pungent specific smell. On this fact information included in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the criminal offense under part 1 of article 241 of the criminal code, procedural management in manufacturing provides local Vinnytsia Prosecutor's office. The investigation established that on the territory which belongs to private enterprise, by burning used tires artisanal production of fuel. To commit illegal activities law enforcement authorities seized a liquid obtained as a result of processing, and vehicle tanks used for its transportation. At present pre-judicial investigation proceeds, conducted examination to establish the fact of air pollution, determine the level of danger to life, health’I man and the environment, as well as the identification of potential facilities made substances to the goods of excisable group.
