"In recent years due to the work carried out, the number of orphans and children deprived of parental care placed in family-based education is growing. In General, to family forms of upbringing in 2015 is arranged to 93.3 % of children-orphans and children deprived of parental care who live in the region. For 2014 the figure was 86%, said Rostislav Thrush. In the ranking of regions in terms of placement of children-orphans and children deprived of parental care in family forms of upbringing Ternopil region occupies the 7th place (for example, the average indicator for Ukraine in 2015 amounted to 90,5%)". However, at sufficiently high indicators on coverage of children-orphans and children deprived of parental care, family care, should be taken into account and the fact that the implementation of the administrative reform through decentralization raises the important issue of ensuring adequate social and legal protection of children at the level of the United territorial communities.
