Bershadsky local Prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit to the court about recognition illegal and cancellation of the decision of session of a village Council in the Teplice district since its adoption violated the economic interests of the state in which the local community is exempt from equity participation in the development of engineering-transport and social infrastructure of the village in the amount of 10 percent of the amount of construction works worth nearly 182 thousand UAH. Head Bershad local Prosecutor's office Vladimir Gurba zaznacza that change’the phenomenon of this claim by the Prosecutor's office in January of the current year for the above-mentioned fact was made that the information in ERDR, in February against two deputies of the village Council is composed 2 of the Protocol on committing an administrative offense, et’knitted with corruption under article 172-7 of the Cao, which is considered by the court. According to the court decision the people's representatives were found guilty in committing corruption offences, but not applied administrative sanctions. The prosecution believes that the court illegally did not apply to the deputies of the administrative penalty, therefore, the Prosecutor's office made the appeal, which are pending in the court of appeal.
