In Ternopil regional state administration presented the German programme of business support
the Presentation of the German business support programs "Service of Senior Experts" with the support of the European office at the chamber of Commerce of Ukraine was held in regional state administration. Welcomed participants to the event, first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Ivan Krysak. "We are very interested in such a direction SES, as assistance to companies in product promotion in new foreign markets, overcoming technical barriers, preparing the company for certification for compliance with international standards, assistance in establishing business contacts in the countries-EU members in the context of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, - said Ivan Krysak. – Hopefully, the experience of your ffucw will be useful to us." He thanked the representatives of the German business support programmes for the presentation, attention to Ternopil, wished interesting and fruitful work. As told coordinator of the European office at the chamber of Commerce of Ukraine Mr. Martin Reuter, SES is the Foundation of the German economy for international cooperation, which through the involvement of German experts helps in the development of the economy in many countries. The purpose of SES in Ukraine is facilitating the access of companies to international innovative knowledge and European best practices. Before serving in the SES are attracted German specialists-the bearers of many years of experience in various industries, agriculture, trade, construction, transport, communications, Informatics, banking and insurance sector, education, healthcare, tourism and other spheres of activity. The main activity of the Fund is providing practical assistance to enterprises, institutions and organizations irrespective of form of ownership with the involvement of German experts. Among the problems being addressed by the experts on a Pro Bono basis, is to increase staff skills and provide practical assistance in solving problems of technical and organizational measures, improvement of production, improvement of quality, development of modern concepts of sales and marketing, modernization of production. The priority tasks also include assistance in developing business plans, advice on purchasing the right equipment and materials. Since 1983 SES has conducted more than 38 thousand projects in 160 countries, particularly in Ukraine, was held 370 projects. "The main distinguishing feature of experts SES – their years of experience. Experts free of charge pass on their knowledge and improve their skills of colleagues around the world. They have knowledge from more than 50 industries, in addition to high social competence, willingness to adapt to local conditions, and often good knowledge of foreign languages," said Martin Reuter. After the presentation, representatives of business, wishing to increase the level of knowledge, production processes, had the opportunity to ask questions and to negotiate with the project coordinator about the arrival of the expert.
