In Vinnytsia region discussed new mechanisms for financing the farmers of the region
April 26, 2016, the Department of agricultural development of regional state administration held a meeting, which was attended by the heads of structural divisions of regional state administrations on the agricultural sector and heads of agricultural enterprises region. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko. The Director of the Department of agriculture Nikolai Neily informed those present about the current situation in the agricultural sector. Status of agricultural crops and especially care for them informed Alexander Zemlyanoy – head of the laboratory of scientific support and monitoring of innovative activity of Institute of feed and agriculture of Podillia. Also the meeting reviewed the issue for new funding mechanisms for the agricultural complex of the region. Representatives of the company "Galnaftogaz" briefed participants on the mechanisms to provide farmers with commodity and financial loans. Status and implementation in Vinnytsia region the pilot Project of "Agrarian receipts in Ukraine," said Project coordinator in Vinnytsia region Roman Kolibaba. Also with information on the state purchases of grain of a crop of 2016 forward sales contracts were made by the heads of Vinnytsia branch of PJSC "Agrarian Fund and PJSC State Food Grain Corporation of Ukraine. Readiness to lend to agricultural sector, said representatives of banks "Agroprombank" and the First Ukrainian International. During the discussion illuminated issues of agricultural producers expressed a number of constructive suggestions and proposals. According to the results of the meeting will be prepared by the Commission of state administration.
