The Prosecutor's office in Rivne region held a seminar on the organization of activity on protection of the rights of citizens and interests of the state
the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region 27.04.2016, conducted a training seminar on the theme: "Problem questions of organization of activity of the Procurator for the protection of the rights of citizens and interests of the state, including in the execution of judicial decisions. The event was attended by the prosecutors of the region, heads of local Prosecutor's offices, their first deputies and deputies, the prosecutors of local Prosecutor's offices and divisions that these public Prosecutor's offices, which according to distribution of duties carry out representation in courts. The seminar was opened by the acting Prosecutor of the Rivne region Pavel Romanchuk. He stressed that in terms of legislative changes and reform of the prosecution one way of dealing with breaches of the legislation remains the appeal of the prosecutors in court with claims about protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and the state. Given that the end result is provided after the final stage of the proceedings, namely, the Executive, prosecutors focused on the need for effective integrated Executive action to improve state legitimacy in the region. With educational lectures for participants were made by the heads of departments of the regional Prosecutor's office GLS Irina and Andrey Gritsak, prosecutors of divisions of regional Prosecutor's office Nelia Fox, Oksana Hryniava. The participants familiarized with the main aspects of legal regulation of Executive activities in the areas of budget, land relations, in the execution of judicial decisions, as well as the peculiarities of training separate categories of claims. Head of representative office of interests of citizen or state in court of Prosecutor's office of area Lyudmila sunder elaborated on the discussion of individual issues of concern that may arise in the work of the Prosecutor in the specified direction. Thanks to the workshop, the participants had the opportunity to up-skill and improve the approach to work on issues of Executive activities.
