Third year in a row at the end of April in Mogilev-Podolsk district festival school mediation peer Mediation – the path to reconciliation". The festival is held with the aim of introducing restorative approaches to conflict resolution among students, exchange of experience between the school teams and prospects of development of a conflict-free environment in the school. The introduction in schools of the district program "peer Mediation" started in 2011 with the assistance of the Training and methodological center of psychological service of the education system in Vinnytsia region. Experience shows that this program is one of the most effective modern technologies for the formation of children and adolescents responsibility for their own actions, prevention of conflicts and crime in the student's environment. Today in 9 secondary schools of the district has a School service agreement, in which 59 students – mediators. In the 2015 – 2016 academic year, specialists of psychological services of the district trained 36 students-mediators, who received certificates at the Festival. The event organizer, methodologist of psychological service of the education system of the RMK Department of education of Mogilev-Podolsky WGA Larisa Mazur had a brief excursion into the history of the creation of School services conflict resolution in schools of the district. The students-mediators took part in various forms of activities stipulated by the program of the Festival was represented by the teams, created collages, solved crosswords and puzzles, he modeled the situation with a constructive solution?the obligations of the conflict.
