28 April 2016 under the chairmanship of the Director of Department of international cooperation and regional development of the regional state administration V. M. Hemstitch held a working meeting on the introduction and discussion of new mechanisms of financial support in the framework of the EU project "Center of adaptation of immigrants and entrepreneurs from the area of ATO and Crimea in Vinnytsia region". The meeting was attended by the representatives of the Main Department of state Treasury in the Vinnytsia region, of the Department of Finance of the regional state administration, Main Directorate of DFS in Vinnitsa region, Advisor to the Ministry of social policy on internally displaced persons, the regional Council of entrepreneurs under the Vinnytsia regional state administration, representatives BONO "Source of hope" Association of immigrants "New home", Department of international cooperation and regional development of the regional state administration and the team of the EU project "Center of adaptation of immigrants and entrepreneurs from the area of ATO and Crimea in Vinnytsia region". At the beginning of the meeting Volodymyr Merezhko said: "According to our proposals, which were sent after held in February 2016 consultations with public organizations and migrants, the EU delegation signed the proposed us changes. Accordingly, under the proposed new financial support mechanisms, the project team developed regulations on the business plan competition, which will be considered. He also noted the need for the introduction of transparent and clear mechanisms of financial support to business immigrants. The head of the EU project "Center of adaptation of immigrants and entrepreneurs from the area of ATO and Crimea in Vinnytsia region" Valery Nukutau about the expansion of financial support in the framework of the Project and introduced the draft regulation on the procedure of providing financial support in the framework of this project. Given the fact that the issue of providing financial support associated with the taxation of income by carrying out budgetary allocations and payments, the representatives of the Treasury Department of Finance and General Directorate of State fiscal service, who were invited to the meeting, joined the expert assessment of the Situation. After revision of the draft regulation will be submitted for consideration of the coordination and Supervisory Board of the project.
