60 meeting of the Commission provided for 23 projects of decrees of the Chairman of regional state administration. Of which: 7 of the draft directives of the Chairman of regional state administration prepared by the Directorate General derzeitiger in the Vinnytsia region, 16 projects of decrees of the Chairman of regional state administration prepared by the Department of agricultural development of regional state administration. Including: granting permission to develop the land management project concerning allocation of land plots 2, on granting permission for the expert monetary valuation of land for agricultural purpose – 1 about the termination of the land lease agreement and grant permission for the development of technical documentation on land management regarding the establishment (restoration) of land boundaries in nature (on location) – 1, approval of technical documentation on land management regarding the establishment (restoration) of land boundaries in nature (on location) – 1, on changes in the order of the Chairman of regional state administration–3, on renewal of the lease of the land plot of water Fund – 4,on the granting of permission to develop land management project on branch of the land plot of water Fund – 5, on the granting of permission to amend the land management project concerning land allotment -1, approving the land management project and the conclusion of the lease of the water body -1, the conclusion of the lease of the water body on the basis of the current land lease agreement – 4. Consider the issues of granting land plots 73 participants of anti-terrorist operations for personal farming and gardening. In addition, the Commission issued 4ïèòàííÿ, of which the Department of agricultural development of regional state administration 3 questions and 1 question – the head office of Derzeitiger in Vinnytsia region. During the work of the Commission considered all the issues included on the agenda. The results of the work of the Commission agreed 20 draft order of the regional state administration concerning the provision of land plots of state property in the ownership or use to natural and legal persons. 3 more draft orders of the Chairman of regional state administration agreed to consider, after further study. Coordinated provision of land to the 73 participants of anti-terrorist operations for personal farming and gardening. The Commission reviewed draft questions and made suggestions for the adoption of appropriate measures to address them.
