In Vinnytsia oblast for the first quarter revenues of local budgets increased by 46.6% (+photos)
28 April 2016, according to the work plan of the regional state administration, held Collegium of the Department of Finance of the regional state administration, which was attended by the leadership of the Department of Finance, chiefs of city and district Finance offices. The main issues that were discussed at the meeting, it is the execution of local budgets for the First quarter of 2016, the main directions of mobilization of budget revenues in 2016, in particular by legalization of incomes. So, in 3 months of 2016 in the oblast budget (General and special funds) received revenues without interbudgetary transfers in the amount of 1068,4 million USD. that is 26.5% of the plan for the year approved by local councils with the changes (scheduled 4034,1 mln.) and 126,5% of planned figures for 3 months according to the monthly painting (planned 844,7 million UAH). Compared with the corresponding period last year, revenues of local budgets increased by 339,6 million USD. or by 46.6%. With regard to costs, for 3 months of the current year on the consolidated oblast budget (General and special funds) expenditures in the amount of 2925,5 million USD. that is 25.2% of the plan year, as approved by local councils with the changes (scheduled 11621,1 million UAH.), and 89.4% of planned figures for 3 months according to the monthly painting (planned 3271,7 million UAH.), and increased against the same period last year 884,5 million USD. or 43.3%. Of them, carried out the development costs in the amount of 108.5 million USD. that is 11.0% of plan for the year taking into account changes (planned 988,8 mln.) and 47.6% of planned figures for 3 months (planned 227,8 mln.), which is less than 3 months of last year to 1.6 million USD. or 1.4%. Discussed the problematic issues of funding for public sector institutions, as optimization the network of budgetary institutions.
