Zhytomyr: the head of the region visited,as are the teachings on the elimination of forest fires.
April 28, on the basis of the state enterprise "Korostenske lesookhotnichye economy" held a joint comprehensive special tactical exercises on extinguishing forest fires. The event was held with the participation of Chairman of the Zhytomyr regional state administration Serhiy Mashkovsky, head of regional management of forest and hunting management Andrew Kurinskogo, first Deputy head of DSNS Ukraine in Zhytomyr region Vasily Kuchin, Directors of forest enterprises, the main forest wardens of the state agrolisgosp enterprise "Zhitomiroblenergo". — Last year in our area turned out to be extremely complex in terms of number of fires and their consequences. In 2015, natural ecosystems 1046 fires registered, which is 5 times more than in 2014. Thank you to all the services that took part in their elimination and prevent the emergence in the field of emergency situations, – said the head region. – The main task in case of occurrence of fires – working together: the foresters, rescuers, local authorities". Before the exercise was held a meeting which determined the state of readiness of forest enterprises, divisions of Management of gschs of Ukraine in the region, local bodies of Executive power and bodies of local self-government to the elimination of forest fires and fires in ecosystems.
