The deputies of Chernihiv city Council adopted a Program to facilitate the creation of ajoah and support of houses of osmd and ZHSK in 2016-2018
28 April, began its work seventh session of the Chernihiv city Council 7 convocation. The first issue was the approval of the rules by which the city in the coming years will be to interact with osmd and ZHSK. The deputies of Chernihiv city Council adopted a Program to facilitate the creation of ajoah and support of houses of osmd and ZHSK in the years 2016-2018. (Draft programme, published on the official website of the Chernihiv city Council under "Public information" http://chernigiv-rada.gov.ua/project/rada/8548) The program is planned to allocate more than 25 million hryvnias on the implementation of the Program.So, from the city budget will be allocated for the capital repair of the housing stock of condominiums and HBC on the co-financing. Namely: 80 % of the total cost of the work is means of the city budget, 20 % - own and attracted funds of condominiums (HCC). Deputies included in the Program are also several amendments of the standing parliamentary committees, which informed the present head of housing and utilities of Chernihiv city Council Yaroslav Kuts. In addition, the deputies proposed: - to organize the daily work of a telephone hotline for counselling condominiums in the Center of providing administrative services; - to place on the official website of the city Council of the bookmark "creating a condominium", which will include step by step instructions, sample documents and a hotline to advise condominiums; - implement weekly themed television program "the Pulse condominiums" on TRC "New Chernigov". The program aims to ensure the informing of the population in the conditions of reforming housing and communal complex on the benefits of homeowner associations, the possibility for community creating its own management structures to solve the problem of maintaining buildings and improving the physical condition of buildings and conditions of living in them. In addition, the Program will contribute to the provision of the population for housing and communal services of proper quality in accordance with the requirements of national standards, harmonized with international or regional, subject to their timely payment.
