In Lutsk will celebrate the Day of pam'memory and reconciliation, and 71-th anniversary of victory over Nazism in world war II

mayor Mykola Romaniuk has signed a decree which provides for a number of events to mark the Day of memory and reconciliation and the 71st anniversary of the victory over Nazism in the Second world war. So, may 6, at 11 a.m. there will be laying flowers at the mass graves, monuments, memorial signs in the neighborhoods of the city. May 8 at 9 a.m. - a memorial service for the dead and laying flowers to the memorial sign “Wounded soldier” at the memorial complex “Eternal Glory”. Also may 8 at 22 o'clock on the Theatre square will take place a concert of “1939-1945. Remember. Win”, and 23 hours - art event “the First minute of peace”. May 9 at 10 a.m. will be held honoring the memory of victims of the Second world war and the laying of flowers at the memorial complex “Eternal Glory”. 15 hours in the Park of culture and rest named after Lesia Ukrainka will be a concert. In library institutions of the city will host exhibitions of literature, meetings with veterans, memory clock, and other themed events, dedicated to the Day of memory and reconciliation and the 71st anniversary of the Victory over Nazism in the Second world war. In secondary schools, extracurricular institutions of the city will hold a week of Remembrance, themed events associated with the historical events of world war II, meetings with veterans, educational hours with involvement of fighters of the ATO. May 9 will be provided free transportation of war veterans, combatants and persons equated categories in urban passenger transport and taxi. This was reported in Lutsk city Council
