In the concert hall of the regional Philharmonic held a solemn opening of the IV all-Ukrainian festival of folk art "an Easter egg". Celebration of folk art "an Easter egg" at the regional level was established in 2000 by the office of culture and tourism of Vinnytsia regional state administration and Vinnytsia oblast center of folk art. Every year on Easter eve in the front Room of Vinnytsia INT opens the exhibition "Easter egg" on the basis of which hold master classes with participation of leading masters of Easter eggs region, resulting in Vinnytsia oblast has increased considerably the interest in this ancient form of folk art, and formed a galaxy of national masters of Easter eggs around which is grouped the young people. Given this fact, the Ministry of culture of Ukraine in 2007 it was decided to support and develop Ukrainian national culture, the revival, preservation and promotion of Easter eggs and strengthening creative ties between the folk art of regions of Ukraine, to start at the Vinnytsia oblast all-Ukrainian folk art festival "Easter Pysanka" with periodicity of times in three years on the 3rd - 4th day of the Easter holidays in Vinnitsa. In 2007, the Vinnytsya region has occurred And the all-Ukrainian folk art festival "Easter Pysanka", which was attended by 26 masters from 10 regions of Ukraine. In the IV all-Ukrainian festival of folk art attended by 40 artists from 17 regions of Ukraine, including 14 masters in Vinnytsia region. In the framework of the festival took place the presentation of the all-Ukrainian exhibition "Easter Pysanka - 2016", theatrical performance "the Easter of the soul in the songs and rituals with the participation of youth and children's folklore, musical and choreographic collectives of Vinnytsia region, master-class on painting of Easter eggs from the leading masters of Easter eggs of Ukraine.
