At the end of the meeting-Requiem by the Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow talked to veterans and congratulated them with the anniversary of the great Victory and wished health, peace, happiness and long life. "Victory day is one of the few holidays that unites all Ukrainians. It is the memory of parents, grandparents, those people that we are proud. This is a great celebration and a powerful incentive for our young generation to believe: if we really want something, we will surely achieve," said RSA Chairman Valery Cow.
