Responsible officials in the office of the State migration service of Ukraine in the field of
the Prosecutor's office conducted to verify compliance with the requirements of the current legislation in the application of coercive measures, et’associated with the return and expulsion of foreigners from Ukraine, in the work of the office of the State migration service of Ukraine in the region. During January-March 2016 bodies UDMS Ukraine in region 32 made of the decision on forced return of foreigners who were on the territory of our country more defined legal term, outside the territory of Ukraine. Of them was made 20 decisions, and the rest are on performance. 'it turned out that, when deciding on the deportation of foreigners, officials UDMS violations of the law of Ukraine " On legal status of foreigners and persons without citizenship" of sometimes not taking a decision to ban individuals who repeatedly violated the law, further in’ride in the Ukraine. Such violations admitted by the officials of the urban sector Novovolynsk, Lutsk city Department and the Stone-Kashirsky district sector UDMS Ukraine in the region. Additionally, the UDMS region to prevent violations of the law of Ukraine " On legal status of foreigners and persons without citizenship" of not exercising proper control over correct and timely execution of decisions on forced return of foreigners from Ukraine. Therefore, some foreigners, in respect of which the decision on forced return from the country and never left. For elimination of the revealed violations of requirements of the current legislation, the causes and conditions that contribute to them,the prosecution introduced the indication of the acting’ties of the chief of the State migration service of Ukraine in the Volyn region. By results of consideration of the two instructions of officials of bodies of Ukraine UDMS in the area, the perpetrators of those violations are subject to disciplinary action.
