The Department of safety of traffic of UPD GUNP in Chernivtsi region reminds customers and carriers rules of transportation of organized groups of children
Is passenger carriers in the manner specified by the Rules of provision of passenger road transport, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 18 February 1997 No. 176, provided that the carrier has a license. The customer of transportation services no later than seven working days passenger informs the carrier in the carriage of organized groups of children. Car carrier no later than three business days prior to the scheduled transportation of organized groups of children, inform the territorial unit of the National police on the implementation date of each such shipment, submit to him for approval and to the customer services – for the approval of the itinerary and the timetable. According to the Law of Ukraine " About improvement and rest of children” accompanying groups of children to or from places of rest and recovery is free of charge representatives of National police force. If necessary, provide escort groups of children to places of rest and recovery and in the opposite direction, during the tours within: - one area – a car carrier is drawn in advance with an appropriate letter addressed to the’I chief of the National police; - multiple areas – a car carrier is drawn in advance with an appropriate letter addressed to the’I leadership of the National police of Ukraine. The letter must specify: - the date of the trip; - the purpose of the trip; - the number of children; - the make and license plate of the vehicle transporting; - surname, name’I, the patronymic of the driver and his phone number; - surname, name’I, name of Director and his phone number; - detailed route.
