In the first days of this year the staff of tax police of the Main Directorate of DFS in Vinnitsa region exposed and stopped activities of underground shop where mass produced surrogate vodka and cognac under the guise of luxury foreign brands. In the plastic barrel of the attacker was mixed with purified tap water filter with alcohol and adding appropriate nutritional supplements, thus making alcoholic beverages, characteristics similar to vodka. Illegally manufactured alcoholic drinks are poured into plastic two - and three-liter packages and sapakova in a cardboard packaging with a picture of a well-known foreign brands, giving them the type of product that allegedly manufactured in the factory. During the authorized search employees of tax police in the room where he carried out illegal production, seized more than 2 thousand liters of finished products, equipment and raw materials for its production. Collected during pre-judicial investigation evidence reflects the intention of the suspect to engage in illicit activities on a regular basis. But the owner of the illegal production is declared suspicion in Commission of criminal offenses under part 1 and part 2 of article 204 of the criminal code of Ukraine (illegal production, storage and sales of excise goods) the criminal proceedings sent to the court with the indictment. The verdict of the underground producer found guilty of committing a criminal offense, under the mentioned article of the Criminal code of Ukraine and appointed punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of seven thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, that is UAH 119 thousand.
