Information on the status of implementation of measures on protection of fish stocks in the ponds of Vinnytsia region for April 2016
Inspectorial staff of the Department of protection, use and reproduction of water biological resources and fishery regulation in Vinnytsia region during carrying out of measures on protection of fish stocks and other living aquatic resources of the ponds of Vinnytsia region in April 2016, revealed 38 violations of fishing rules, namely: - 16 gross violations under part 4 of article 85 of the Cao associated with the use of prohibited stich gear stich lovesac and piercing guns; 12 violations sports fishing under part 3 of article 85 of the Cao; - 4 violations under part 1 of article 88-1 of the Cao associated with the illegal sale of fish to the markets; -1 violation of article 85-1 of the Cao associated with the sale of guns is prohibited the extraction of objects of animal or vegetable life; Composed of 5 acts thriftless thriftless to identify nets in the ponds of Vinnytsia region. According to the acts of seizure of ownerless property identified 16 derelict fishing gear. Detained 10 infringers of rules of fishery, which caused damage to fisheries for the amount of UAH 8194.. Implementing measures to prohibit the illegal distribution of prohibited instruments of getting objects of animal world inspectors of the Department had conducted inspection in Vinnytsia region and Vinnytsia, in which was revealed 1 violation of order prohibited sales of tools of getting of objects of fauna of the fish were sold illegally. In 21 cases the materials were sent to district courts to address the issue of bringing offenders to administrative responsibility for offenses under article 85 - 1,part 1 of article 88-1 of the Cao. Control in this period were reviewed, and 12 cases of violation of fishing regulations under part 3 of article 85 of the Cao in this case, for 8 offenders applied fines for a total amount of USD 1074.
