It's been a month after carrying out of spring field works for the development of public pastures in the area of 100 hectares in 4 rural communities, but the process of creation of public pastures is long and requires compliance with technology and series of events. The next step was the visit of the coordinator of the project Natalia Gyzhko and Yuriy Veklenko, head of the Department of field forage crops of hayfields and pastures of the Institute of forages and agriculture of Podillya of NAAS of Ukraine, with the participation of village heads investigated the condition of public rangeland. "The condition of the soil and its quality at each site are different, in addition, the last month was quite cold, but all the plot you can see the first shoots. Where the grass was beginning to grow, and where not all the seeds have time to go." - said Natalia Gyzhko. "The public analysis of the pasture showed that in all areas there is an active process of formation of grass, but in some areas not all seeds germinate and need rain. We also saw that there is a need for further action, namely herbicides from buranna in all the squares." - said Yuri Veklenko, head of the Department of field forage crops of hayfields and pastures of the Institute of forages and agriculture of Podillya of NAAS of Ukraine.
