the Prosecutor's office in Transcarpathian region according to messages of inhabitants of area began criminal proceedings upon abuse of official position of officials of MP “Chop –Train” of the Transcarpathian customs of DFS in the exercise of customs clearance of 22 wagons of timber, which is exported outside the customs territory of Ukraine in the export regime with the help of railway transport.according to preliminary legal qualification of part 2 of article 364 of the criminal code. We are talking about the possible abuse of customs MP “Chop –Train”, which carried out the customs clearance for export of the specified wood. Reference: part 2 of article 364 UK Ukraine - abuse of power or official position, if it entailed grave consequences, shall be punished by imprisonment for the term from three till six years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, a fine from p’atiot to one thousand free minima of incomes of citizens.
