Addressing the audience the Chairman of the district state administration Vladimir Petrovsky said that "Berezhany – multicultural region. The festival opens to General public the information about the Ukrainian-Hungarian relations from the early 18th century. Crown Hetman Adam Sieniawski Nikolai and Prince Ferenc r?k?czi II three centuries ago laid the foundations of Ukrainian-Hungarian relations. The story of Ferenc r?k?czi II and its current promotion is and will be a good basis for friendship and cooperation between Ukrainian and Hungarian peoples." The RGA Chairman expressed gratitude to all organizers of the festival, Transcarpathian Hungarian Institute. Ferenczi r?k?czi II (M. Beregovo), Consul of the Republic of Hungary in Ukraine is in Berehovo Laszlo Farago and Hungarian delegations for effective cooperation and expressed hope for its continuation. Therefore, the representatives of the Hungarian delegation solemnly read out the Manifesto of the Ferenc r?k?czi II. After the official part all participants had the opportunity to watch a concert-entertaining program with participation of local groups and guests of the city and enjoy Hungarian cuisine. In front of city Hall in Berezhany, a solemn re-enactment of the meeting of the Ferenc r?k?czi and Sieniawski, as well as a procession to the castle. To show the Ukrainian culture of the Hungarian nachmanson, Berezhany prepared a flash-mob "Spring is red", where is showed the traditional gawky. The festival was prepared of about 20 national Hungarian dishes, among them such famous dishes as bograch-goulash, banosh and others.
