Zhytomyr land surveyors has donated almost 75% of administrative services
Specialists of territorial bodies of Derzeitiger in Zhytomyr region this year have provided 53802 administrative services. Of them 39908 (74% of total) citizens get for free. Other 13894, or 26%, provided on a paid basis. Funds in the amount of UAH 957,7 thousand sent to the General Fund of the state budget. Among free of administrative services most requests concerned the provision of extracts from the technical documentation of regulatory monetary evaluation of land plot and state registration of land. Such services have been used 22985 citizens. Surveyors also gave 4739 certificates from the state of statistical reporting on the availability of lands and their distribution by land owners, land users and land. Among the administrative services that require payment, the most frequent queries related to the submission of extracts of the land plot from the State land cadastre. Surveyors provided 11437 such lifts in the amount of 715,8 thousand hryvnias. Even 165,9 thousand UAH was received for services to remedy technical errors in the information of the State land cadastre, made not because of the authority performing its management. For other types of paid administrative services in the budget sent 76 thousand UAH.
