Vinnytsia oblast unilaterally ceased cooperation with the regions of the Russian Federation
the Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow announced the governors of the Sverdlovsk, Nizhny Novgorod and Belgorod regions of the Russian Federation on the termination of inter-regional cooperation unilaterally. Given the annexation of Crimea, the events in the East of Ukraine, caused by military aggression of the Russian Federation, and in accordance with the decision of the deputies of the regional Council, to specified regions of the Russian Federation signed by the Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cows sent a letter of termination of previously concluded contracts.
